Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our premium construction business specializing in Design, Build, Interior Decor, and Property Care services. The role focuses on acquiring high-value clients, managing key relationships, and expanding our presence in luxury residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in premium residential and commercial construction projects Generate leads through networking, referrals, architects, consultants, developers, and channel partners Present company services including design, turnkey construction, interiors, and post-construction care Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and presentations for high-end clients Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company profitability targets Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, real estate developers, and HNIs Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover Track sales pipeline, client interactions, and conversions using CRM tools Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in premium construction Required Skills & Competencies Strong business development and sales negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Client relationship management and consultative selling Understanding of premium construction, interiors, and turnkey projects Proposal preparation and cost understanding Strategic thinking and revenue-focused mindset
