This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify market opportunities through networking, meetings, and research to pursue new construction or real estate projects.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
Develop sales strategies, financial projections, and growth plans in collaboration with internal teams, while monitoring performance and reporting to management.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in business development, ideally in construction, real estate, or related fields, with proven track record in revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills; familiarity with Kerala/India construction market preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA advantageous.
