Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding teams in India and Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, digital outreach, and networking. Maintain a balance of 70% new lead generation and 30% follow-up efforts, targeting 100 valid outreach calls/emails per day. Explore and penetrate new markets, including B2B segments across India and international regions like Singapore and UAE.
Client Engagement & Sales Execution

Initiate and schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demos to showcase value propositions. Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. Follow up on leads and manage the entire sales lifecycle using the ERP/CRM system.
Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients by coordinating with internal teams. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' evolving needs and aligning services accordingly.
Reporting & Market Insights

Consistently update the ERP/CRM system with accurate lead, client, and sales information. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Represent the company at trade shows, business expos, webinars, and networking events.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition. Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and sales pipeline management. Proficiency in using ERP/CRM software for sales tracking and reporting. Experience working in or selling to international markets (India, Singapore, UAE preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
