Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach medium and large companies in Kerala who need professional website development or upgrades. Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, marketing heads, etc.) and understand their digital requirements. Pitch GrowthArk Media's value proposition and showcase how our Dubai-based expertise can elevate their brand. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery. Continuously follow up with prospects and maintain a well-organized sales pipeline. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT, digital services, or website development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Passionate about business growth and creating value for clients. Smart, confident, and capable of handling high-level discussions. Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license with own vehicle (mandatory). Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential.
