Business Development Manager
to support our business growth in India. The role primarily requires
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
; however,
freshers with excellent communication skills
and strong business acumen are also encouraged to apply and will be given due consideration.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Promote company services and solutions to prospective clients
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain proper records of leads and business activities
Requirements
1-3 years of experience
in sales, business development, or a related field
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
English language proficiency is mandatory
Hindi language skills are required (additional languages are an advantage)
Experience in the
service sector
is an added advantage
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
