Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving business targets by promoting and selling the society's products, including
insurances, funds, and loans
. The role focuses on customer acquisition, field activities, relationship management, and contributing to the overall growth of the co?operative society.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for
meeting assigned sales and business targets
Promote and sell
insurance products, various funds, and loan products
Identify new customers and generate business through field work
Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients
Conduct marketing and promotional activities to increase business
Coordinate with branch and operational teams for smooth processing
Follow up with customers for conversions and collections where required
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Ensure compliance with society rules, policies, and procedures
Contribute to branch and organizational growth
Educational Qualification
Degree or Diploma
in any discipline
Experience Requirement
Minimum
6 months or above experience
in a related field (sales, finance, insurance, banking, or co?operative sector preferred)
Required Skills & Attributes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target?oriented and result?driven
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to do field work
Basic computer knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
