Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, interior fit-out, and civil works.
Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry connections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for BOQs and proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in B2B sales within the construction/interior sector.
Ability to build rapport and manage long-term client relationships.
Good understanding of BOQs, tendering, and project requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
