Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales in your designated territory through aggressive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. You will represent our company's products/services to potential customers and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns and needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:

Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must know Local Language (Malayalam)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Customer-oriented and results-driven.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fresher's with excellent Sales skills can apply
