Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business growth strategies for the assigned region.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, calls, and digital research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts (remotely/office-based).
Monitor sales performance and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and market analysis reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, order management, and customer support.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to recommend improvements.
Ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns, schemes, and trade promotions.
Provide regular updates to management on business performance and strategies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or distribution management.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Experience in the distribution or FMCG industry preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Target-driven, analytical, and customer-oriented personality.
