high-performing Business Development Manager
to spearhead our college's growth, brand visibility, and revenue expansion.

What You Will Do (Your Mission)
1. Drive Admissions Growth
Achieve and exceed annual enrolment targets.
Build high-converting admission strategies.
Ensure a smooth, student-friendly admission process.
2. Lead Marketing & Branding
Ignite brand presence through digital campaigns, offline promotions & events.
Create strong visibility across schools, media, and online platforms.
Identify new student markets and untapped segments.
3. Build Strategic Partnerships
Develop strong relationships with schools, coaching centers & consultants.
Initiate industry tie-ups for internships, placements & training.
Expand national and international student recruitment channels.
4. Boost Revenue & Institutional Growth
Build business plans to achieve financial goals.
Measure performance, ROI & campaign outcomes.
Identify new programs, new markets & new revenue opportunities.
5. Lead & Inspire Teams
Guide and motivate admissions and marketing teams.
Align departments for maximum results.
Work closely with top management on strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in
education sector sales, admissions, or business development
.
Excellent communication, presentation & networking skills.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM, digital marketing & analytics.
Proven ability to manage teams, budgets & multiple projects.
Background in engineering or higher education institutions is a plus.
Preferred Candidates
Those with experience in college/university marketing or admissions leadership.
Professionals from education services, corporate sales, or training industries.
Candidates with a strong educational network in Kerala/GCC/India.
