Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, result-driven Business Development Manager who can expand our patient acquisition channels, build strong institutional and corporate partnerships, and support the clinic's growth strategy. The ideal candidate understands healthcare marketing, has strong relationship-building skills, and can independently drive business goals with measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Acquisition and Lead Generation

- Develop and execute strategies to bring in local, national, and international patients.

- Build and maintain referral networks with doctors, hospitals, corporates, TPAs, community groups, and medical tourism partners.

- Follow up on patient enquiries, ensure conversion, and provide a seamless patient journey.

Partnerships and Market Expansion

- Identify and establish collaborations with hospitals, clinics, corporates, and insurance providers.

- Represent the clinic in community medical awareness programs, healthcare events, and corporate presentations.

- Strengthen relationships with medical tourism agencies and international patient coordinators.

Marketing and Brand Promotion

- Work closely with marketing teams to plan digital campaigns, field activities, and awareness initiatives.

- Assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, and social media content.

- Support brand building across Kochi and GCC patient markets.

Business Strategy and Reporting

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.

- Track KPIs including lead generation, patient conversion, revenue contribution, and partnership acquisition.

- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, hospital marketing, medical tourism, or related fields.

- Proven track record in patient acquisition or healthcare sales.

Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Excellent relationship-building skills with doctors, corporates, and partners.

- Ability to independently manage fieldwork, outreach programs, and presentations.

- Comfortable working with KPIs and result-driven performance.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
