Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in schools, parks, municipalities, developers, resorts, malls, and recreational centers. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new product and market opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer needs. Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including architects, contractors, developers, and government institutions. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools and market intelligence. Provide after sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely project follow up and issue resolution. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. Work closely with design, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with marketing teams to create sales materials, catalogues, and promotional content. Provide input to the product development team based on market and customer feedback.
