Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close business deals in alignment with company objectives. Track business performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the IT or digital solutions industry is an added advantage.
