Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to grow and sustain the customer base for premium cafe retail chain. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality sales, skilled in client relationship management, corporate tie-ups, and targeted outreach.

Roles & Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase footfall in the cafe. Build and maintain relationships with corporates, event planners, travel agencies, luxury lifestyle brands, and other potential partners. Develop and execute strategies to promote the cafe. Improve sales in catchment area of each cafe location. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences for customers. Represent the cafe brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Maintain a database of leads and potential prospects. Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications



MBA/Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing or related field. 2 - 5 Years of experience in business development or sales Strong interpersonal and networking skills Excellent verbal and communication skills High level of professionalism and grooming Target driven and result oriented

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
