The ideal candidate should have a
BBA and MBA in Business Management
, with proven experience in
student recruitment, counseling, or international education business development
.And leading the team
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to promote overseas education programs.
Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Handle student inquiries and guide them through the admission and visa processes.
Conduct seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions to generate leads.
Collaborate with universities, training institutes, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment targets.
Stay updated on international education trends, admission criteria, and country-specific requirements.
Requirements:
Education:
BBA and MBA in Business Management
(preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years
in overseas education / counseling / student recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Energetic personality with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
