Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing solutions and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Pitch Dinero Tech Labs' services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, etc.) to prospective clients.
Develop and deliver customized client proposals and presentations.
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting in CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related services).
Strong knowledge/awareness of digital marketing concepts and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with lead generation tools, CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
