We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Advertisement vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic advertising partnerships and campaigns across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate advertising revenue
Identify potential clients, agencies, and brand partners to pitch outdoor advertising opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and media buying agencies.
Coordinate with KSRTC officials to ensure smooth execution of branding approvals, placements, and renewals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and guide a sales and execution team to deliver on campaign requirements and targets.
Ensure high client satisfaction and campaign performance through regular communication and reporting.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in outdoor/media advertising or business development.
Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in advertising or branding.
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and handle high-value clients.
Knowledge of regional languages and local geography is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
