The company is presently looking for a suitable candidate to lead its sales & marketing initiatives.
The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients for the company's process consulting services. This role involves leading the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
Generate and nurture leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with clients to showcase the company's service offerings.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Support marketing intiatives of the company
Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
