Duties
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive sales growth.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements.
Prepare reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts for management review.
Lead cross-functional teams in project management efforts to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships effectively.
Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Proficient in project management methodologies to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
