About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting tailored digital solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Understand clients' digital marketing needs and propose customized solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches in English. Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content writers, strategists) to ensure client expectations are met. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Key Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills in

English

. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Goal-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to understand digital marketing services and translate them into client solutions. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
