Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Capio, you will lead strategic client acquisition efforts, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with leadership and creative teams to position Capio's services to high-value clients, from initial pitch to final conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a business development strategy aligned with Capio's growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (FMCG, tech, startups, lifestyle, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, brand heads, marketing directors).
Lead client presentations, pitch meetings, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with creative teams to co-develop proposals, presentations, and case studies.
Maintain an accurate and updated pipeline in CRM; track KPIs and report to leadership.
Attend industry events, networking forums, and conferences to expand Capio's visibility.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements
3+ years of business development or client acquisition experience in a creative, advertising, branding, or digital agency.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, and content creation processes.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with enterprise-level pitches and long sales cycles.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and business proposals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
