Job Description

Experience Required -

Should have specialized experience in selling IT services targeting the US /Europe/Middle East market foratleast 4 years.

Responsiblity:



Business Growth & Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's market presence in the Middle East.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and engage with potential clients for IT solutions.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders in target industries.

Proposal & Contract Negotiations:

Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Revenue & Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on the Middle East market.

Industry Knowledge:

Proven experience in selling software solutions like Contact CenterSolutions, ERP (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), or enterprise IT solutions.

Regional Expertise:

Strong network and business relationships within the Middle East.

Skills:

Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud-based technologies and digital transformation trends. Ability to drive business independently and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Languages:

Fluency in English is required
