Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting Helpline Group's wide range of services, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Promote and sell Helpline Group's services (certificate attestation, business setup, visa, apostille, PRO, etc.).
Understand client requirements and provide tailored service solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools regularly.
Follow up with clients to ensure successful service delivery and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, and customer service) for smooth workflow.
Represent Helpline Group professionally in client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in service-based or consulting industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
