We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives for IT System Integration services. The role involves enterprise account acquisition, strategic partnerships, revenue ownership, and mentoring of the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify, qualify, and close large enterprise and strategic opportunities.
Lead sales for IT System Integration solutions, including:
IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking)
Cloud & Virtualization (AWS, Azure, Microsoft)
Cybersecurity (Firewall, Endpoint, SOC solutions)
AV & Collaboration
Data Center & Managed Services
Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design value-driven solutions.
Lead negotiations, commercials, and contract finalization.
Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Mentor, guide, and review performance of BDM / sales team members.
Establish and manage strategic alliances with OEMs and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new verticals.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and MIS reports to leadership.
