The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
Track sales performance, forecasts, and prepare periodic reports for management.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Good presentation and proposal-writing skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic market research.
