Role Objective (Read Carefully)

Your job is simple but not easy:

bring revenue to 4Champz

by closing long-term contracts with schools for

sports and performing arts programs

.
If you are only good at follow-ups, presentations, or excuses, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Closures (Non-Negotiable)

Acquire

new school partnerships

for PE, sports, and arts training programs. Close

annual contracts

with schools (per-child / per-program pricing). Achieve

monthly and quarterly revenue targets

. Drive

after-school activity (ASA)

programs for additional revenue.
2. School Relationship Management

Meet

principals, directors, and management

of schools. Understand school decision-making cycles and budgets. Act as the

single point of contact

during onboarding and renewals. Ensure

contract renewals

with zero dependency on the founder.
3. Pipeline & Process Ownership

Build and manage a

strong sales pipeline

(not random leads). Maintain CRM with accurate data (meetings, follow-ups, closures). Coordinate with operations to ensure

smooth execution post-closure

. Provide

weekly revenue reports

and realistic forecasts.
4. Market Expansion

Identify

new geographies, school chains, and premium schools

. Suggest pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies based on ground reality. Continuously monitor competitors and market trends.
What You MUST Be Good At

Closing deals

with school decision-makers. Handling objections around

budget, fees, and value

. Field sales (this is NOT a desk job). Structured thinking and disciplined follow-ups. Accountability for numbers, not effort.
What You Will Be Measured On

Number of

schools closed per quarter

. Total

revenue generated

.

Renewal percentage

of existing schools. Conversion rate from meeting ? closure. Quality of contracts (pricing, tenure, margins).
Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years in

B2B sales

(schools / education / sports preferred). Proven track record of

closing institutional deals

. Strong communication in

English + local language

. Comfortable dealing with

senior management of schools

. Willing to travel extensively within the city.
Compensation

Fixed Salary + Aggressive Incentives

(linked directly to revenue). No cap on incentives for high performers. Growth to

Senior BDM / Sales Head

based purely on results.
