? Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive/Manager to drive the franchise expansion strategy across India. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners for makeO's clinic network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise expansion across India.
Source, pitch, and close potential franchise partners aligned with makeO's brand standards.
Lead end-to-end franchise acquisition process: cold calls, meetings, site visits, financial discussions, negotiations, and closures.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for onboarding and documentation. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth launch of franchise clinics.
Monitor and support franchise partner performance post onboarding.
Attend franchise expos, networking events, and local business forums to drive visibility.
Desired Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in business development, franchising, or retail expansion.
Prior experience in beauty, wellness, retail, diagnostics, or healthcare franchise businesses preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with travel and field work.
Self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
Strong understanding of franchise models and P&L basics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
