Business Development Manager (BDM)
with strong exposure in
electrical project sales, institutional sales, and techno-commercial operations
. The candidate must have hands-on experience in electrical products, project coordination, revenue generation, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive
project sales, institutional sales, AMC sales, and services sales
.
Generate new leads, identify business opportunities, and convert them into sales.
Manage key accounts including
.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and electrical specifications.
Experience in
techno-commercial sales and estimation
.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent client handling.
Kannada language mandatory.
