Role Overview

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager(BDA)

to support our Business Lead in driving growth, building client relationships, and expanding NY ESTILO's presence in the modular interiors market.

What You'll Do

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations Coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits with clients Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools Research market trends and competitor activities

What We're Looking For

MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development

(Mandatory) Freshers welcome; internship/experience in interiors, real estate, or construction is a plus Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong interest in interiors / construction industry Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge preferred Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
