About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive at
Protyze
, you will be the custodian of our brand's growth and presence in your assigned territory. You'll be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor relationships, and expanding our footprint across health supplement stores, gyms, fitness centres, and other retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive
monthly and yearly sales targets
for the assigned territory.
Build and nurture relationships with
health supplement stores, gyms, fitness canters, and key retail partners
.
Present, promote, and sell
Protyze's nutritional supplements
to new and existing customers.
Clearly communicate
product benefits and features
, ensuring superior brand recall.
Stay updated with
industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
.
Ensure
timely collections
and adherence to advance payment norms.
Manage and grow distributor networks -- from
appointment to performance tracking
.
Deliver excellent
customer service
, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Utilize
basic Excel skills
for reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-3 years of experience
in the
health supplement industry
(experience with brands like ON, MuscleBlaze, WholeTruthFoods, NutraBay, etc. preferred).
Proven experience in
distributor management
and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the
Bangalore market
and local retail ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
