Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with businesses, and converting prospects into clients. This role demands strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills in a B2B environment. Roles and Responsibility

? Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
? Understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
? Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals.
? Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. ? Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. ? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

What We Look for?


? 2 to 3 years' experience in Sales
? Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
? Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of financial modeling is a plus).
? Interest in finance within research, consulting, or data-driven industries.
? Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing company
? Familiarity with at least one accounting tool such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
