About Daisy Montessori Preschool & Childcare

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive to help expand our reach and impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
: Identify and approach potential clients (parents and guardians) through various channels including online platforms, local events, and networking.
Community Engagement:
Develop relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and families to promote the preschool and its programs.
Marketing Support
: Assist in implementing marketing strategies, such as social media campaigns, email marketing, and events to raise awareness and attract new enrollments.
Sales Follow-up
: Manage inquiries from prospective parents, providing information about our programs, and scheduling tours of the preschool.
Partnership Development
: Help identify potential partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses that can enhance the visibility and credibility of Daisy Montessori.
Market Research
: Monitor trends in the childcare industry and local markets to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and follow-ups using CRM software or databases.
Event Coordination
: Assist in organizing open houses, community fairs, and other promotional events to attract new families.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Experience of 1 to 2 years in the relevant in business development is welcome. Entry-level candidates can apply with internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Communication Skills
: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Interpersonal Skills:
A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping families and building relationships.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
Motivation:
A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with the management team to meet targets.
