. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales in AEC and possess exceptional communication skills. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in the steel construction industry and assess their feasibility and potential.
The role demands a basic understanding of the Steel detailing & AEC.
Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prospect and engage with potential overseas clients through various channels such as email, cold calls, networking events, conferences, etc.
Lead the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction along with developing new Businesses.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable business agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and project management, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills Sets:
Proven experience in
international sales within the Steel detailing & AEC industry and successful business closure records in USA, Middle east, Australia & Europe territories is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle CRM systems proficiently including, maintaining report on self-activity and outcome metrics.
Ready to travel abroad independently for Business Development Purpose including exposure to handling / attending exhibitions.
Excellent communication, presentation skills and knowledge of Digital Marketing.
