Business Development Manager (BDM)

who can lead our business growth initiatives, generate quality leads, and close deals in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in

website development

digital marketing

custom application development

. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions aligned with SeeKNEO's service offerings. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations. Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope projects and timelines. Manage pre-sales activities including client calls, requirement gathering, and RFP responses. Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report performance to senior management. Develop partnerships and explore new markets or verticals.

Required Skills:



Proven track record in business development or sales in IT services or a digital agency. Strong understanding of digital solutions like websites, mobile apps, SEO, and paid marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, email marketing, and basic proposal writing. Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into sales.

Preferred Qualifications:



2-5 years of experience in a similar BDM role in IT or digital services. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong network in startups, SMEs, or enterprise clients is a plus.
