Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic plans to increase student enrollment and school revenue.

Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the school's presence.

Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

Drive admissions campaigns and outreach programs to attract prospective students.

Collaborate with the admissions team to enhance the enrollment process.

Build relationships with parents, students, and community groups to increase engagement.

Develop marketing strategies to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.

Oversee digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising initiatives.

Organize open houses, school tours, and promotional events to showcase the school's strengths.

Establish collaborations with corporates, educational organizations, and local businesses for sponsorships and scholarships.

Develop relationships with preschools, coaching centers, and other feeder institutions for potential student referrals.

Represent the school in educational fairs, conferences, and networking events.

Handle external communications, including PR campaigns and media interactions.

Address inquiries from prospective parents and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Foster strong relationships with alumni to leverage their networks for school growth.

Work with the finance team to set and achieve revenue targets.

Monitor fee collections, scholarships, and financial aid programs.

Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency in admissions and marketing.

Coordinate with academic and non-academic teams to ensure a seamless experience for new students.

Train and mentor admissions counselors and marketing teams to improve their effectiveness.

Develop performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience in

Business Development or Sales

, preferably in the education sector. Strong knowledge of

the preschool market and industry trends

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

. Ability to

develop and execute business plans

. Proficiency in

CRM software, MS Office Suite, and business tools

. Self-motivated,

result-driven

, and willing to travel when needed. Candidate with own mode of conveyance preferred.
