We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth for our BPO services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand our customer base
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients.
- Identify client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the BPO industry.
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
