GoodFoot (an ESG-tech venture under EBHOOM) is hiring a Business Development Officer to grow our channel partner network and convert high-quality leads into long-term clients.

You will play a key role in onboarding consultants, OEMs, system integrators, and helping scale our sustainability and automation platforms across India and Africa.

Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Development

Identify and onboard new channel partners (e.g., OEMs, EPCs, ESG consultants).

Pitch GoodFoot's ESG platforms, AutoNerve industrial controller, and OCEMS/EMS products.

Build and maintain partner relationships with clear sales targets.

Lead Management

Follow up on inbound leads from ESG events, field demos, and digital sources.

Schedule meetings, give product walkthroughs, and close deals.

Coordinate with technical teams for smooth client onboarding.

Market Expansion

Research and approach new industries (hospitals, hotels, factories, plants).

Map potential territories and build local contact networks.

Represent GoodFoot in trade fairs and ESG conferences.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain CRM with deal stages, partner performance, and follow-up timelines.

Share weekly funnel reports and lead-to-client conversion insights.

Collaborate with the product and support team for client retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.

Excellent communication skills (English + local language).

Comfortable with CRMs, LinkedIn outreach, and MS Office/Google Docs.

Passion for sustainability or climate-tech is a plus.
