Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager fluent in
English,
who can confidently communicate with
our Business Partners
and
end clients
to generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and support our business development activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to end clients to introduce company services.
Explain our offerings clearly and professionally.
Follow up on enquiries, leads, and previous interactions.
Identify potential business opportunities through calling and research.
Maintain a pipeline of warm and active leads.
Share daily/weekly performance reports with the team.
Track lead progress and ensure follow-up until closure.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing.
Handle basic inquiries regarding company services.
Ensure professional communication at all touchpoints.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Experience in tele calling, inside sales, or lead generation.
Confidence in speaking with international clients
Ability to explain services/products clearly.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Experience calling for
IT services will be plus.
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
