. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and leading the deployment of IT resources to meet client demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales:
Identify, target, and convert potential clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Account Management:
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
Partnerships & Alliances:
Build strategic alliances with corporate clients, vendors, and partners.
Develop customized staffing solutions and manage large-scale deployment of IT professionals.
Business Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to grow the staffing business across various technologies and domains.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Track business pipeline, forecast sales, and provide accurate reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-8 years of experience in
IT staffing/recruitment business development
or sales.
Strong understanding of
IT services, staffing models, and recruitment life cycle
.
Proven track record of generating revenue and closing staffing deals in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Experience working with domestic and/or international staffing clients.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and IT skills in demand (e.g., cloud, data, development, cybersecurity).
