Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence within the jewellery industry. The role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and partnership development to achieve revenue and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the jewellery sector.
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (B2B, retail, wholesale, or export).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and partners.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to align customer needs with product development.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients and partners.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop growth strategies.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports for senior management.
Ensure exceptional client service and long-term customer satisfaction.
Explore opportunities for e-commerce, digital platforms, and new sales channels.
