About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing
Business Development Manager
to drive growth across our
SaaS products, custom software services
, and
AI-based solutions
. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy sales leader who understands complex B2B buying cycles and can engage CXOs, CTOs, and key decision-makers.###
Responsibilities:
Identify and close new business opportunities in SaaS, AI, and software development services.
Develop and execute outbound strategies via cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
Present demos and customized proposals to enterprise clients.
Collaborate with technical, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
Nurture long-term relationships, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools and forecast accurately.
Analyze market trends, client behavior, and competitor positioning.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in
B2B technical sales
(minimum 5 years).
Domain knowledge in
SaaS platforms, AI/ML solutions, and SDLC-based projects
.
Proven track record of closing deals in the
$10K-$100K+
range.
Consultative selling experience with
international clients (especially US/Europe)
.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Experience mentoring SDRs or junior sales team members.
