About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in the ITES sector, focused on the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closure, via calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital channels
- Connect with US-based clients via calls/emails
- Create and send proposals tailored to US customers
- Manage the full sales cycle - from outreach to deal closure and invoicing
- Promote ITES services:
? Offshore Services
? Shared Services Outsourcing
? US Recruitment Outsourcing
? Technical Support Services
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience (ITES focus)
- Prior exposure to US clients and time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Upwork
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales with US customers
- Self-driven, confident, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
