Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven

Business Development Manager

to accelerate business growth for our

custom web development, mobile application, and e-commerce solutions

.

The ideal candidate will bring

hands-on experience with online bidding platforms

, strong client communication skills, and a proven ability to

build lasting relationships, negotiate confidently, and close deals

. This role requires a proactive professional who can understand

client requirements,

generate

high-quality leads,

and convert them intolong-term,

profitable business partnerships

.

Key Responsibilities



Drive consistent business growth through

Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online bidding portals

Identify new business opportunities via

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and cold emailing

Analyze client requirements and prepare

custom proposals, quotations, and project estimates

Handle the

end-to-end sales process

(lead ? negotiation ? closure) Communicate with

international clients

and build long-term relationships Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline in

CRM tools

Track daily activities, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics Achieve and exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Ensure

repeat business and client retention

through post-sales follow-ups

Required Skills & Expertise



Strong knowledge of

Web Development, Mobile App Development & E-commerce Solutions

Proven experience in

IT Business Development / IT Sales

Hands-on experience with

online bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

Strong

negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills

Experience in

lead generation, cold outreach, and outbound sales

Familiarity with

CRM tools, MS Office, Google Workspace

Ability to manage multiple international clients simultaneously Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field

1+ year experience

in IT Business Development, Online Bidding, or IT Sales
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
