We are urgently looking for a dynamic and experienced

Business Development Manager (IT Sales)

to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in platforms like

Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn

, with a strong background in

US client coordination

and

IT sales

.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities from platforms like

Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with

US-based clients

. Write customized proposals and follow up for business conversion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications



4-6+ years of experience in

IT Sales / Business Development

. Proven experience working on

Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn

for lead generation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must have prior experience working with

international (especially US) clients

. Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
