Your Mission
We're looking for a
hustler in sales
- someone who understands the IT landscape, can connect with CXOs and decision-makers, and pitch our services and platforms with confidence and clarity. You'll own the lead-to-deal cycle and get rewarded for every successful client conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients across industries for
IT Managed Services
and
SaaS product sales
Create sales funnels, pitch decks, and product demos to convert interest into revenue
Build relationships with
IT Heads, CTOs, and Operations Managers
Understand client requirements and align them with our
service capabilities
or
Progress 360
solution
Track prospects, proposals, and deal closures in a structured manner
Represent the company in online and offline networking events
Can coordinate with our Digital Team to manage the digital landscape
Ideal Candidate
2-5 years of experience in
B2B Sales / IT Sales / SaaS Sales
Proven ability to
close deals
and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable with
commission-only incentive model
Familiarity with
Managed Services, Workflow Platforms, CRM, ERP, or Task Management software
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to work independently
