Vinva Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to generate and engage with business partners. This individual will be responsible for building new key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and driving the company's revenue and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for IT hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Present compelling value propositions and solutions for laptops, desktops, servers, network components (firewalls, switches, access points), security systems, and ongoing IT support (AMC). Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and are deliverable. Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and business development metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience 2 years in Business Development or Sales within the IT services/solutions industry. Strong understanding and proven track record in selling a mix of IT hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
