Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new
business opportunities in IT / Software
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships within the IT sector.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve company targets.
Negotiate and close IT-related contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct
market and competitor research
to track industry trends.
Represent WebRiderz at
IT industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
.
Mandatory Requirements
5-10 years of proven experience in
Business Development within IT / Software / Digital Services industry
.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding
sales and revenue targets
in IT solutions/services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to create and maintain
IT-focused strategic partnerships
.
Leadership qualities to manage and motivate a business development team.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Ludhiana, Punjab
