Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through
bidding platforms
such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, LinkedIn, and other portals
.
Write and submit
compelling business proposals
and ensure high conversion rates.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client requirements for
Web, Mobile App, SEO, and Digital Marketing projects
and coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and proposal creation.
Plan and execute effective
client acquisition strategies
across global markets (US, UK, Australia, UAE, etc.).
Handle
end-to-end sales cycle
-- from lead generation to closure.
Maintain regular communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and video calls.
Work closely with management to meet
monthly and quarterly revenue targets
.
Keep track of the latest industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance and progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven
experience in online bidding
and
client acquisition
for IT and digital marketing projects.
Strong understanding of services like
Website & Mobile App Development, SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience with
CRM tools
, proposal management, and lead tracking.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear proposals.
Familiarity with
React, Laravel, WordPress, and Android/iOS
technologies (advantage).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with
international clients
(especially from the USA, UK, and Australia).
Previous experience in a
Digital Marketing Agency or IT Service Company
.
Knowledge of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
,
Email Marketing
, and
Cold Outreach
strategies.

Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentive/Commission based on performance.
