. The candidate should have strong industry knowledge and the ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business across VC, IT Networking, O365, CCTV & FMS services.
Build and manage a solid sales pipeline; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Meet clients, understand requirements, present solutions, and close deals.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and ensure successful project handover.
Maintain client relationships and drive renewals/AMC/FMS contracts.
Requirements
5-12 years
of experience in IT/AV/UC solution sales.
Strong knowledge of Video Conferencing, Networking, Microsoft 365, CCTV & FMS offerings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and meet targets.
