Business Development Manager (Female Candidate Preferred)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with
Chartered Accountants (CAs), financial advisors, and investors
to drive investment proposals and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with CAs, HNIs, and potential investors.
Present and pitch investment proposals in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and professional connections.
Develop strategies to enhance investor engagement and business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling investment presentations.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and investor needs.
Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in business development, investment advisory, or financial services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships with CAs and investors.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
Familiarity with financial products, investment structures, and wealth management is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
